2001 Mustang GT Bullitt. This black Bullitt is one of only 1,819 ever made. The Bullitt's included performance shocks, subframe connectors, performance Brembo dual piston brakes, and an increase in power due to the aluminum intake set-up and under drive pulleys. Along with the performance, the car has interior and exterior changes that make it stand out from an ordinary GT. Mustang Bullitt's are sought after cars because of the increase in horsepower, handling and overall unique look. The aluminum "Bullet Proof" intake is ideal for supercharging applications. The interior has a retro style look to make the connection between the 1968 movie Bullitt. The bucket seats are Amazing! They hold you in like you wouldn't believe. The pedals are race inspired stainless and rubber. The dash cluster is also different than a normal Gt, bringing back the retro look also. The car really is awesome to drive. At this point in time the car has 89,663 miles on it, but is is still driven on occasion. This Bullitt has a one of a kind engine bay, no other Bullitt like it. The clutch was just replaced 3,000 miles ago with a Centerforce Dual Friction performance clutch, and the engine was detailed while car was apart (see picture). The restrictive exhaust manifolds were replaced with BBK long tube headers and the factory convertors and h-pipes were replaced with a high flow BBK off road H-pipe. The car was just serviced, new oil and oil filter. The transmission fluid was changed when the clutch was replaced. The tires were also just replaced less than 1000 miles ago. The interior is in great shape, and the exterior is sharp as well. Great things about this Bullitt;Unique engine bay, never seen another Mustang like it.
