Up for auction is my 2005 CBR 1000RR, with 2007 CBR Plastics. (looks identical to 2006 and 2007 1000rr's) I love this bike and I hate to have to sell it but I’m in the middle of closing on a house so it has to go. You can come see the bike anytime in person before the auction ends. It is located in Marblehead, OH. If needed, I will ship the motorcycle to the winning bidders house at my costs!! thats right, free shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 states!! It has 9000 miles on it as of right now. Fresh Amsoil oil change and filter change. Never wrecked, clean title in hand, runs/drives/stops great. Comes with passenger seat and cowl fairing. The list of modifications include: Custom chrome flame brake and clutch levers (also have factory style chrome levers) Chrome rims Hotbodies undertail exhaust kit with hidden exhaust and built in turn signals, looks a lot better than the factory exhaust or other aftermarket pipes (see pics) 2007 Plastics, Black with Charcoal Graphics Power Commander Custom mirrors with built in led signals Smoke led flush mount front signals Integrated led rear tail light and signals 06-07 OEM Honda Stator, Stator flywheel and Regulator upgrade, less than 300 miles. new battery I absolutely love this motorcycle but a roof over my head is more important right now so it’s got to go. It is very fast, sounds amazing, and gets compliments where ever it goes. In my opinion, Honda builds the best looking and most reliable bikes and this 1000rr proves it. Knows issues- In order to fit the 07 fairings on a 05 1000rr, the coolant overflow tank had to be eliminated. I have and aluminum bottle in place of the factory overflow reservoir. I have had no issues with the bike because of this and it still runs as good as it always has. I still have the factory reservoir that you can have with it. Also, it fell off the kickstand in our gravel driveway. The scratches are shown in the picture of the left side fairing. Nothing cracked and it’s not really that noticeable.
