Vehicle Detail
Up For bids are my 2 Dodge trucks. The Blue 1989 D150 has a very good running 318 and a smooth shifting Auto Tranny. It has 146,000 miles but doesnt smoke or have any noises. The water pump and freeze plugs do need replacing. The bed is is dented and it has surface rust. I found the 1987 D100 Custom while looking for a turn signal lens for the 89. It is a Beauitful Red truck! It has only 74,661 miles! The body is near perfect with only one small ding. (it could use new paint) It has a slant 6 with a rod through the block. Auto Tranny . The interior is great but the seat could use recovered. This could be easily made into a show truck! I started removing the engine in the 87 to replace with the 318 in the 89. My health has failed and I can not finish. (where is Chip Fooze when you really need him?) Everything you would need to fix the 87 should be on the 89. Fix the 87 then sell the 89 to the scrap yard for $400 to $600. Or fix them both! I am starting the bid lower than what I can get at the scrap yard!! Bid to win--No Reserve!! Please dont bid if your not going to follow through--May be able hold trucks for later pick up. $250. deposit due within 24 hours. On Jul-29-11 at 06:50:30 PDT, seller added the following information: I have been getting a lot of questions about people wanting the red truck and not the blue one. Here is your answer.. If you win, bring your tools and strip the blue truck of whatever parts you want (doors, fenders, glass, trim, interior) and load in the bed of the red truck. Then either call the scrap yard or leave it to me to have someone haul it away. Simple.. Bid and win!!
