Vehicle Detail

I am selling my 1999 Z28 Camaro. It has the 6 speed manual powered by a modified LS1. This car is in excellent condition inside & out & has been well taken car of. It recently won 1st place in the WCF Big Iron car show & I constantly get compliments on it every where I go. My wife hates that because most of them are girls. It only has 108,000 miles on it & is in top running condition. By that I mean it has no oil leaks & everything on the car including the a/c works. The motor oil has always been full synthetic Mobil 1, power steering is a semi synthetic & rear end is also full synthetic 80/90w. Transmission is filled with Dexron VI. Exterior is in great condition has 2 small dime size dings, one on left rear fender & one on right fender. Hood has a few rock chips on it. Interior is a 8.5 out of a perfect 10. Seats have small tear in the cushion & passenger side control panel has small plastic chip missing. No crack Dash or broken console that many Camaro's have. It is a T-top Coupe, T-tops are removed now & again & do not leak. Weather-stripping is oil requlary to keep them in good sealing condition. It has Corvette ZR1 wheels with the wide P315/40R17 rear tires, which help out with traction, but will still break 'em loose at 60mph. Rear tires will need to be replaced soon, go figure. I recently installed nitrous on the car & for those who dont know about nitrous..., small amounts of nitrous will not hurt a motor when used correctly. Pre-detenotion is what kills motors caused by too hot of spark plugs, low octane in the fuel & too fast of timing. all of those things have been taken care of already. I have done all the work myself to the car. I am a Master Certified Technician for GM so all was done correctly with the necessasry special tools that many dont know about. Below is a list of mods I have done to the car. Car will pass safety & emission inspections & is tagged & inspected until May 2012. Mods: MS3 Camshaft, Specs are .609 lift/242 duration @ 50, You can search MS3 camshafts on YOUTUBE & hear what they sound like. Cam dialed in with new adjustable timing chain/sprockets, camshaft advanced 2 degrees BTDC PAC Racing Valve springs good up to .650 lift NGK Iridium Plugs Pro Race 10.5MM plug wires Ported & Polished GM #243 heads, Nothing stupid on the port jobs, just removing the casting flaws & the rocker arm bosses on the intake runners. theses heads already flow great, just made them a little better to help out with the cam. Ported & Polished Throttle Body Ported intake Hypertec 160 Thermostat 2 Autometer Pillar Gauges, Air/fuel ratio & fuel pressure Tinted Windows Billet Grill Aftermarket Headlights SS rear spoiler with third brake light Nitrous Express nitrous kit, adjustable from 50-150hp Hurst short throw shifter Slp Style air lid with K&N filter Custom Street/Strip PCM tune from Texas Speed with the following: All necessasry parameters changed for cam swap, timing changed, fan on/off changed, EGR deleted, rear 02 sensors deleted, skip shift deleted, top speed deleted, rev limiter raised to 6500rpm etc... I know there is more, but that is all I can think of. This Ls1 motor is fast from the factory. It is an all aluminum motor with roller cam & 10:1 compression. With the mods the motor is pushing 440hp, add the 150 shot of nitrous & there's a car that will hang with the Corvette ZR1 (I know I've done it). I did take it to the track once after the cam swap & ran an 8.3 in the 1/8, but I didnt really build a strip car, more of a street dominator! something to smoke Fords new 5.0 & the new Camaro's. The nitrous is just for that extra little bit of security when needed. There is still lots of easy mods to be done like headers, free flowing exhaust, LS6 intake, or even an LSX etc... I drive this car maybe 2-3 times a week, it is a very safe, dependable & well built car.
