This is a 1990 BMW 325i ITS SCCA Race Car. This car has been an SCCA race car since 2006. It is an easy, fun and fast car to drive. I have raced this car in the Midwest Division SCCA. I have not raced this car for two years only an occasional track day. The car has a current SCCA logbook. This is an awesome car for the novice or experienced racer. Diring the time I have raced this car it has only needed tires oil and brakes it is a very reliable affordable race car. ENGINE Engine is stock to meet the ITS rules. The computer has been chipped. The fuel regulator has been replaced with an adjustable regulator. It has Stahl headers with a 2.5 inch stainless steel exhaust all of the way back. It has an Ireland Engineering Windage tray installed plus a remote oil filter and 2 quart Accusump with manual valves. DRIVETRAIN Transmission is stock original with Redline Oil. Short shifter with Momo knob. Transmission works perfectly. The differential is a 4:10 LSD with new clutches and shimmed also with Redline oil. BODY/INTERIOR The interior has been stripped as well as the trunk The cage is a modified Autopower cage with Nascar type driver side bars. An aluminum driver door panel has been installed to clear the cage. The driver door window is removed and the car is supplied with a lexan window for transport. The car has full Auto Meter instrumentation in a custom cluster. The seat is a Kirkey aluminum intermediate road race seat with back brace installed. The seat is on tracks for adjustability. Seat beltrs are Simpson six point which will expire for SCCA usage 12/11. Mesh window net installed. The car has a SPA fire suppression system installed as well as a hand held extinguisher. A Wink 5 panel mirror is installed. SUSPENSION The car has Ground Control Coil overs installed with Koni Racing Shocks and Eibach springs. Ireland Engineering Hollow swaybars and aluminum reinforced rear swaybar mounts. E30 M3 aluminum control arms with Ground Control lower control arm bearings. BRAKES Brakes are stock with ABS dissabled. Front cooling ducts installed and Stainless braided brake hoses. WHEELS/TIRES The wheels pictured are not the wheels that will come with the car. The car will come with new TR Motorsports 15x7 Bright silver wheels used Kumho tires not good enough to use (I am not investing in tires to sell this car) and a used set of ASA 15x7 wheels with Hoosier Dirt Stocker tires for rain. $500 deposit is due within 48 hours of auction end, and full payment is due within 7 days of auction end. If full payment is not received within 7 days of auctions end, I reserve the right to offer/sell this vehicle to another buyer. This auction is a legally binding contract.
