We are a public impound facility and this vehicle was towed under the authority of the Oakland Police Department and has been unclaimed. The vehicle is being auctioned to satisfy our lien. Since this is a Lien Sale Auction, there are no license plates with the vehicle. The winning bidder will receive California Lien Sale Paperwork in order to register this vehicle and receive title. This lien sale auction is being held pursuant to California Lien Sale Civil Codes 3071 or 3072. All vehicles are sold with no guaranties or warranties and are being sold to satisfy A & B’s lien. Inspection Vehicle may be inspected by appointment only between 10:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are unable to assist with DMV fees. Delivery / Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Contact your local or international vehicle shipping company to determine shipping fees. We are located within 10 miles of the Port of Oakland in Oakland California. We may be able to assist with local delivery at our OPD contract rates and may assist with the loading of the vehicle with your shipper on our property. If you are out of the State of California including foreign countries, contact your local department of motor vehicles and/or customs to see if they accept California Lien Sale Paperwork. If they do not accept California Lien Sale Paperwork, you may have to register the vehicle with the California Department of Motor Vehicles to get new California Title and license plates. Terms of Sale $500 non-refundable deposit due within 3 business day of auction end. Vehicle to be paid for in full and removed from our property within 5 business days of auction end.
