Offered here is a chance to purchase a true american classic...a 69 impala convertible.....with less than 15,000 of these cars produced 40 years ago one can only guess how many are even still around.....This luxury land yacht has a 12 bolt rear,power disc brakes,cruise control & power top......Oh I almost forgot about the power windows & tilt steering column...true luxury!! now that you have heard my sales pitch lol here are some details This is a project car....There is no motor or transmission included with it.....Although the car is pretty solid there are holes in the trunk and floor...Someone in this cars past thought it was a good idea to fill them with bondo thinking it would work like seam sealer...so it seems the holes aren't that bad but they will need to be addressed.....The door panels are really dirty but should clean up ok for a driver...The rear seat has a couple of splits....The front bench is broken and needs to be fixed or replaced...As you can see it needs a top and other misc items as well....It is a restoration project or parts car but I would prefer it go to someone who wants to fix it up..... My asking price is based on what I see the parts being worth....This is what I see 12 bolt rear & power disc brakes $1000 a clean nose & passengers door $ 1000 tilt column & convertible top frame $ 750 power windows,glass and other misc parts.. $500 stripped rolling shell $500 I understand my prices may be off So I am willing to listen to any and all reasonable offers.....If you want specific pictures or concerns please dont hesitate to ask........The only other thing I would like to mention which really shouldn't be an issue is that the previous owner had to send away for a new registration / title due to a typo.....I should have that paperwork in the next week or two....until then it will be sold on a bill of sale please note that this is a project car and is being sold as is with no warranty written or implied.... For those who think this is too big a project my advice is to find a cheap two door hard top which will have 90% of what you need. I've seen plenty of them selling for around 2or 3 grand....do that and your cruising around in a hot convertible for less than $8000....since I've seen these going for more than $20000 I think thats a win win....If your wondering why I don't do it....I have a 70 chevelle convertible I'm working on....again thanks for looking and good luck
