I'm selling this car for a friend, so it might take a day or so to answer any questions you might have. You read it right, less than 33k miles on this 1997 Cadillac Eldorado. It was driven so infrequently that it has a 1.5 amp trickle charger mounted behind the grill. My friend bought it for his wife, who is handicapped and installed a suicide knob on the steering wheel, and also a stalk that was mounted in front of the shifter, that controlled the turn signals. The stalk has been removed, as evidenced by the 3 mounting holes on the shifter cover plate. The stalk is included in the auction and can easily be plugged back into the control module. It has the big Northstar V8 and is also equipped with a phone in the console, and the On Star system. This car has not been detailed, and is not covered in Armor all and other shiney slimy stuff! The good news is that it comes with the original window stickers, owners manual, and other booklets, as seen in the photo's. It wasn't driven in the snow, so rust is not an issue. The body is straight and it was never in an accident. it shows no dings or dents. It hasn't been driven much in the last 5 years and mostly sat in the garage. The oil was changed regularly, and it was just Pennsylvania inspected last week. The tires are Michelins and are in excellent shape, showing minimal wear. The wheels are also in excellent shape with no curb rash. The interior is by no means perfect, but there are no rips in the leather, and a good detail should bring it back to it's former glory. The radio is missing the bass knob and the ashtray door will not stay closed. The carpet is nice, and it comes with floor mats, that are not in the best shape, but I will clean them up as best I can. The padded leather is peeling away from the drives side rear seating area, but is in good condition, and can probably be re glued. The back seat has a small blue stain and shows some discoloration as seen in the pictures. The original paint looks good, but is also by no means perfect. The most noticeable issues are the chipped paint on the passenger fender, and the scuff that runs down most of the passenger door molding. Fortunately, it didn't hit the door itself as seen in the pictures. There are scratches here and there, the most noticeable on the roof as when she entered the car, she held onto the roof edge for stability, and the scratches are probably from her jewelry. There are also a lot of minor surface scratches, that will go away if buffed, mostly on the trunk and quarters. Nothing out of the ordinary for a 14 year old black car. a few small pieces of sap here and there, very minor. This is not a show car, however the neighbors were all ooowwhhhing and aahing over it when I was giving it a bath before I took the pix. I can imagine what it would look like after a good detailing! I have had the car in my possession for the last few days and everything works as it should with the following exceptions. The keyless entry is not working, and the trunk and fuel door release on the dash are not functioning. Also included is a full tank of gas!!! The car was just gone over and is ready for a trip to anywhere! Fly in and driver her home! All in all a great car for the money. I have sold a half dozen cars on Ebay, and never had a problem, with the exception of non paying bidders. And now for the not so nice stuff I have to say whenever I sell something expensive.
