Up for auction is a 1982 FJ40 as you can see this cruiser is NOT restore it came to us few days ago it have ORIGINAL power steering,ORIGINAL A/C very hard to find with this original equipment it drives brakes ,start run every thing works exep the a/c that we are working in to R134 refrigerant ,it have a CD player from PIONEER original dunne beige aftermarket rear bumper,aftermarket front seats (very nice they have and air chamber for lumbar support,mag wheels,the frame is very very solid engine run strong we will provide the compression test results in few days (we are very busy) except for the rust in the usual areas this cruiser is a must ,perfect year,color accesories is a good candidate for full restoration or just the way it is,what we know about this cruiser is that the previous owner live in stuart fl and this cruiser was seating for 2 year in hes drive way and he just lost interest in this fj40 lucky for us and you guys that is in the market now and not for long,this is the typical rust from florida just parts, wend we bought this cruiser the firt thing we did before we start it was to remove the gas tank and clean it very well we clean the lines, install new fuel pump OEM,new filter and ad and extra filter just before ther carb ,we check the brakes the old owner state the he replaced the master cylinder just before he parked OEM from toyota we check that and the clutch master and sleeve cyl to,we let it run for a while to see if over heat and no problem the oil pressure is perfect over all this is good fj is are interested in have us restore this beauty to a new life please let us know and we will give you and estimate or if you have any question please ask before you bid this car have NO warranty it is sold AS IS thanks and good luck from STONEY'S your land cruiser ,jeep, accesories shop and ARE topers we reserve the right to end the auction early because this cruiser is for sale locally to and for the winner bidder a NON refundable $ 500 deposit in the next 2 days after the auction end thanksOn Jul-08-11 at 07:46:31 PDT, seller added the following information: Up for auction is a 1982 FJ40, original Dune Beige. As you can see this cruiser is NOT restored. It came to us few days ago and it has ORIGINAL power steering, ORIGINAL A/C, very hard to find with this original equipment; it drives, the brakes work, it starts and runs, everything works except the a/c that we are working on to upgrade to R134 refrigerant. What we know about this cruiser is that the previous owner lives in Stuart, Fl and this cruiser was seating for 2 years in his driveway and he just lost interest in his FJ. Lucky us and you guys, now it is in the market and not for long. This is the typical rust from Florida, just parts. When we bought this cruiser the first thing we did before we started it was to remove the gas tank and clean it very well.
