You are bidding on 1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer in excellent condition considering its age. This isn’t your typical Grand Wagoneer needing extensive work. The interior and exterior are in great condition. This is a great foundation for a complete restoration. The car has recently had major service completed including: · Replaced oil, fuel, air and transmission filters · Replaced vacuum lines, engine belts, pcv valve · Installed new plugs, wires, and ignition coil · Replaced front, rear brakes · Serviced front, rear differential and transfer case · Recently recharged A/C (converted to R-134) · Window and Doors lubricated and new locks installed The interior: I would rate the interior an 8/10. There are no rips or tears anywhere however the leather seats show “creases” in the leather from regular usage. All power accessories are fully functional including the windows, power seats, and door locks. All interior panels including the doors are in good shape. The carpet could use some attention as there are a few stains here and there (see pictures). Original radio works but the display does not light up, also the rear cargo lamp cover is missing, as well as the cargo cover. The exterior: I would rate the exterior an 8.5/10. The paint is in really good condition considering the age of this vehicle. The clear coat is intact and looks very good. As with any older vehicle there are a few nicks/chips here and there. The wood grain is in EXCELLENT shape and is not faded at all. The tires are newer and have approximately 6,000 miles on them. Note that the front two center caps are missing. Mechanical: The Jeep runs great and I drive it regularly. Starts without hesitation and has undergone thorough maintenance. Transmission and 4 wheel drive work flawlessly. It gets a lot of attention and complements where ever it goes. This is a well taken care of vehicle with lower mileage considering the year. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this vehicle anywhere! If you want a reliable, family cruiser you can drive it as is OR you can use as the foundation for the Wagoneer of your dreams and completely refurbish it – it’s up to you!
