Vehicle Detail

You are looking at a fun to drive, and practical car that gets 28 MPG.....The clutch and transmission feel perfect, I don't know if the clutch has been replaced but can only assume. The hatchback makes it much larger than meets the eye....I once fit a boxed 50 inch rear projection TV in back and still managed to close the hatchback!!! It burns about 1/2 quart of oil per 5K-6K mile oil change interval. I purchased the car off ebay site un-seen 4 years ago with 120K miles and a salvage title for $3800. Why did it have a salvage title? I don't know but my guess was the car was stolen, claimed on insurance, stripped of parts by thiefs, found by authorities, sold at auction, repaired, and then sold on ebay for a profit and I've gone to great lengths to get it back to factory condition. Since purchasing it's been used as a work commuter car, driving 100 highway miles per day for 60K miles and stored during the winters in a heated storage unit. The body isn't perfect but mechanically it's a great car. I'm selling to collect cash for a 4 door "upgrade" to accomodate an infant think Subaru or Mazda. I have the title in hand and will only want to deal with straight shooters. I don't need to sell this car so I won't be hasseled.Since purchasing the car I have done the following: Installed stock intake resonator, was missing when purchased.Replaced front headlampsInstalled front bumper and bumper supportReplaced Timing belt, water pump, and accesory beltsReplaced all fluids, including: coolant, power stearing, clutch, brake fluid, transmission. All with Honda fluids.Regular oil changes every 5-6K miles, with sythetic oil(Mobil, Castrol, Valvoline) and high end filters (mobil, K & N, Purolator, Bosch). Just replaced oil with Castrol and Mobil 1 filter at 180KIgnition System maintenance: Plugs/Wires replaced at 170K, plugs again at 180K in order to perform compression test.Replaced Tires @ 140KFront/Rear AlignmentReplaced trail arm bushingsAir filter @ 180K 06/26/2011Replaced rear struts/springs/bushings with OEM springs/struts and aftermarket bushings.Replaced stock stereo and speakers. It's not a great setup but a step above stock. I still possess the stock head unit which will be included with the sale.Performed Compression test on 06/26/2011. All cylinders read 170 PSI across.Replaced mufflerBlackstone Labs oil analysis performed at 140K miles and the feedback is fantastic for engine age.Fixed front windshield trim with acura partsReplace Antenna Mast Blemishes:Exterior/Interior wear and tear....look to pics for description.Front and Rear bumper are not OEMVarious Dents, touch up paint areasRear seat doesn't lay flat.
