Up for sale is a gorgeous show winner, a 1964 Beetle Sedan, restored a few years ago. PLEASE look at all the pics in this auction, a ton of time, effort, blood, sweat, and tears went into restoring this spectacular bug along with the ad in this auction, HA! :o) Everything is here for you, over 90 pictures, and and a FULL video showing the car running and driving. These early 60s bugs are some of the most highly sought after VWs on the market today. THIS CAR COMES WITH MANY RECEIPTS & THE ORIGINAL BILL OF SALE FROM 1964. ENGINE: - Rebuilt original 1200cc 40hp engine, that magical German sound chirps in all its glory. She runs perfect down the road with no shimmies, shakes or Hiccups. The engine was completely rebuilt from ground up: - steam cleaned (all grime and gunk was blasted off) - new pistons, rings, pins, and cylinders - new bearings - reground crank - new cam - gaskets - valves - guides - pushrods & tubes - bushings - new carb - New Clutch, Pressure Plate, Throw Out Bearing - Fresh oil, full tune up, ready to roll. - New Points, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, and all valves adjusted as well, U NAME IT! She has little mileage on her, under 10k. EXTERIOR: This classic is in excellent cosmetic condition with a paint job (within the last couple years) in the original VW L360 Sea Blue. A show bug that will draw attention everywhere you go, just be prepared to clear the shelves to rack up the trophies. Tootle around town or show her at a cruise night, this car will only appreciate in value! The paint job is near pristine. After every drive she is stored in a climate controlled environment. Body and chassis are incredibly dry, all original panels, floors, fenders, hood, decklid, rockers, and doors. We have the pics in the gallery of the undercarriage. I have receipts to parts ordered, here is just a small list below of what was ordered new during the resto & what is original. - Great paint job. - All new brake shoes, lines, master cylinder, wheel cylinders - Original German Bumpers, shine nice, some minor pitting. - New Tail pipes - New outside - All New Window Seals. - Firestone Bias Ply 3" White Walls - New German Moldings - New Door Seals, felt channels, window scrapers inside and out. - New body Seals - New Fender Beads - New VW Mud Flaps - Original headlight and blinker assemblies - New Running boards with thick German moldings - Original Outside Door handles - New horn grills - All new correct style interior - All new engine parts to rebuild original engine to spec perfect. - All new mechanicals throughout And much more....
