1998 Dodge Durango SLT. We have owned this Durango since 2003. It has been a great vehicle for us for many miles. It was last running in October last yr. One night it was parked in the garage and apparently the transmission seals gave way and transmission fluid was on the floor. I moved it out of the garage this spring and we did not renew the plates. The battery has since died as well so it currently will not start. I had driven it to Montana last summer and it ran great, even with the high miles it still runs strong, the 318 is dodge's best motor by far. So, to the best of my knowledge, it needs new transmission seals, a new battery, a good tuneup probably and you should have a solid driving SUV. The windshield has a crack starting on the right side. All other glass good. The Michelin LTX 31 x 10.5 x 15 tires were bought new in late 2009 and probably have about 15k on them. The rims need a good cleaning but are nice rims when shined up. Magnaflow exhaust. K & N air filter. Kenwood single CD player and Infinity speakers. 3rd row seat. Full size spare. Haynes repair manual included. Body in decent shape with scratches and scrapes but no dents. In the summer of 2007 I had the front end completely redone, with new upper and lower ball joints, tie rod, and new brake calipers. No other major repairs were ever required. I always had the oil changed on time, which kept the engine going strong. The interior is good, just needs a good detailing. The driver seat is power and it has a slight tear you can see it on the side in one of the pictures. Winning bidder responsible for picking up the vehicle. No reserve auction.
