Vehicle Detail
You're looking at my 1998 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS with Automatic Transmission. I purchased this car in December 1997 ($ 20,779 plus tax, window sticker included) at Downtown Subaru of Oakland, California. It has given my wife and I (the only two adults to ever drive this Impreza) just over 164,000 absolutely trouble free miles. It is now time to find her a loving new owner. This Subaru has received fanatical maintenance. Mobil 1 full synthetic oil changes every 5,000 miles. Maintenance and repair receipts totaling nearly $11,000 since 1998 included. Recent new parts replaced: Front brake calipers and hoses, all brake pads and rotors, exhaust system, battery, windshield and knock sensor. Toyo Proxxes+4 have about 15,000 miles on them, plenty tread left. NJ State inspection just passed, valid through December 2012. "Unmolested", completely stock, except for suspension and radio upgrades (KYB AGX adjustable struts (lifetime warranty); Eibach Pro-Set lowering springs (lowered 3/4 inch); Cusco upper front stress bar; and Sony Xplode single-CD player). The upgrades make the car ride better than stock, and the original cassette deck is removed for the CD player. The rear bumper cover was cracked this winter; several dings in side panels, two burn holes (small) in driver's seat. Other than these minor shortcomings, you're looking at a Subaru that has well taken care of, never beat on or "modified" with a fart can muffler and stickers, really needs nothing other than someone to drive her and appreciate "The Beauty Of All Wheel Drive"! Thanks for looking!
