Listed for sale is my 1979 jeep cj7. I have invested alot of time and money into this jeep. Jeep has a 3" body lift and a 3" Pro Comp suspension lift. Motor is the 258 4.2L straight six cylinder with carter BBD two barrel carb. Transmission is a t-176, but is bad, will need repaired or replaced. Transfer case is a Dana 20. I had transfer case gone through and installed new bearings and seals, shifts fine, no noises or issues. Motor runs strong, does burn a little oil once fired up, but clears up right away. Did a compression test to each cylinder, all was in spec 140psi+. Dana 30 front, Dana 20 rear with brand new 33x10.50 tires on aluminum rims. I gave jeep a complete tune up this spring, new ICM, new Coil, new Plugs + Wires, new Cap + Rotor, New Fuel Pump + Fuel Filter. All rubber gas lines have been replaced with new. Gas tank has been dropped, flushed and herculined. Installed new sending unit. Gas tank skid plate was also herculined. 85% underneath of jeep has been undercaoted, will show where it needs to be completed. Herculined complete inside of jeep tub and installed carpeting. I repaired all jeep tub rot to floors with 1/8" sheet metal, not that shinsy replacement stuff. Tub is solid, no holes, no rot. Frame is solid, has been painted/coated, no rust no rot anywhere. New seat belts for front seats. New windshield frame and seal, with new glass. (I am keeping the stainless steel hinges and mirrors, speakers and battery) Complete new rear brakes, drums, shoes and all hardware. New e-brake cables. If not for the road, then would make a good offroading jeep or start to your next project.
