"If you want the best then go Ford"! The F-150 has been America's best-selling full-size pickup for 28 consecutive years “Built Ford Tough" reliability, power and presence. Up for auction, this, clean, truck has been well maintained. F-150’s set the benchmarks in the truck world. Exceptional ride and handling characteristics, attractive and functional interior designs, multiple cab and bed configurations, the most payload and towing capacity in the half-ton class. After test driving this truck personally, my experience is, she is in really good condition mechanically. The motor is powerful across the rpm range and doesn't miss a beat. The 4.6-liter, V-8 engine is smooth and has some good power. The, four-speed, automatic transmission handles the torque with no hint of trouble, shifting up and down on climbs and in sudden slowdowns on the highway exit ramps with quiet ease. On the highway, it seemed hard to not feel like a threat to other motorists -- we were sitting high and taking up so much space. The, clean, hi-gloss, "Arizona beige" metallic, exterior shines very nice, No Rust, No stories, normal wear and tear, minor stone chips, some previous paint work, almost unnoticeable. The, matching, interior has passenger comfort and head-turning style and has a few burn marks. The lists of features abound in this truck! Receiver hitch, bedliner, tube-type step bars, CD player, exterior temperature display, compass, rear seat bottoms fold up, steering wheel controls, cruise control, tachometer, owner's manual, tinted glass and more! A perfect example of a well kept, used truck. The, really good condition, BF Goodrich, tires, mounted on 17” wheels, will give lots of road and highway use and a whole lot of miles left. I love this pickup and with only putting on about 10,000 miles a year, I expect this truck to last quite a while. It's no wonder the F-150 continues to be the best selling vehicle in the country.
