1981 Honda C70 passport

1981 Honda C70 Passport. No title. Have key. Needs TLC. Fuel system needs to be gone over, tank has rust. The petcock screen is clogging. This will start, run and drive thru all of the gears. Motor runs good. Currently, none of the electrical stuff is working. Kick start only at he moment. If I jump the starter solenoid, the starter does work. The only light that is currently working is the high beam indicator light. I am assuming there is a loose wire, ground, etc. somewhere, I have not taken the headlight off or the leg cowl off to look for it. Overall not in bad shape for its age. The seat has some wear marks on it. The front basket has some rust. Both brakes work fine. Front windshield is broken on the bottom. Fix up or use for parts. Cash Only. Also for sale locally.
