Buyers!! I spent three 1/2 hours at the DMV on June 27 to discover why the Auto-Check Report indicates "lien/loan" issue. There are zero issues (which I knew as I paid cash for the vehicle when I purchased it). The explanation to me is that because I have "Habitat" license plates it causes a "flag" in the system. I pointed out the illogical nature of this and they understood but said there was nothing they could do as it is a "glitch" in their system. The vehicle is absolutely 100% Free and Clear Title. Guaranteed. I also had this vehicle "sold" as of an auction that ended over last weekend, however, the buyer ran into some unexpected personal problems preventing him from closing the sale. I allowed them to cancel the transaction so I could re-list. I re-listed at a price well below the appraised value because I need room in the garage for a new vehicle.
