1970 Chevy Nova 307ci., 3 spd auto., P/S, 142,000mi. Car is not an SS. All Original Drive Train, Sheet Metal, and Glass except Windshield. Car has not been driven much under my ownership. 20,000mi. only summers of 2004-08. Mostly stored & kept fresh since 2009. Car was bought On-Line from Burbank Ca. The previous owner bought the car to fix up and sell.This is what was new when I got the Car and is still what I consider un-used condition. Both door panels, carpet,headliner,front bench seat cover, Paint job (stripes are decals- Not Pealing.), 14x7in. Rally Wheels (rear), 14x6in. Rally Wheels (front). Right now the car has 4 new 195/70/14 tires on it. I put on new door rubbers and trunk seal in 05. All the lights work (except dome light). All windows work- Pass. rear windows leading edge is missing and is a 2 hander. Gas gauge works - but sticks sometimes. Speedo works, Wipers work, Turn signals work. Inside the car- auto carpet has been glued to the dash- don't know whats under. Front kick panels look new and vents work fine. Rear side panels are original and are in good shape. Rear seat both halves are original and the bottom is split- As shown in pic 13 . Uncut dash with original (non working) AM Radio. Original seat belts, Nice floor mats, Nice rear shelf panel. Engine does Not burn oil or smoke, No problems with Trans, No overheating problems. At 65mph. you start to feel a little something in the sterring wheel, but it does Not get worse. Both rocker panels are rust free- As shown in pic 22. Only surface rust in trunk- pic 10, The trunk is better than you might expect. Now for the Bad Stuff.. Heater/ Defrost/ and Radio do Not work. Rear seat is split- As shown in pic 21.Sterring wheel is cracked. Front bumper has been bumped & pushed around a bit. Plastic filler piece is cracked & broke- see pic 18. Rear bumper is rusty- Pic 20. Rust area behind pass. rear wheel- Pics 19 &23. Windshied drips inside and a little rust is starting to show & has tried to be fixed in the past with silicone- pic27. Rear window leaks in a heavy rain, starting to see some rust around chrome molding, doesent really show up in a pic. Drivers door had a reaction in the paint- E mail for pic. Drivers front fender behind wheel has been repaired in the past & is chipped now-Email for pic.. Factory lead filler is slightly visible through paint.
