Who/Where we are: Double-D-Auto Sales 104 Lewisberry Road New Cumberland, PA 17070 Located about 15 minutes south of Harrisburg, PA right off Route 83. Most vehicles are trade ins, new dealer trade ins, auction purchases, estate settlement purchases or consignments. Vehicles are listed, described and advertised with information received from previous owners and/or what we notice during the short time we have in our posession. We typically DO NOT know any history, service records, previous repairs or previous issues with these items.....what we know will be listed in the ad.....AND......obviously we cannot predict any future problems, issues or breakdowns on any used vehicle. All items are sold as-is and no warranties are given or implied unless otherwise stated in the ad (some/most of our vehicles qualify for our new warranty program and we will clearly state that in the ad if that is the case). Most of our items are also pictured while on our shop/garge lift....we do this extra step to help you folks feel more comfortable and to help you see as much detail as possible.....we are not your typical "used car dealer" that plays games.....we will do our best to show and tell you everything we know and see with each vehicle. If its got problems, we will tell you. If it has damage, we will tell you. If it has title problems, we will tell you. If we see it, notice it or are told it by previous owner, we will tell you. If there is something not mentioned or you have a specific area of concern or a question....just call or email us and we will do everything possible to find out the answer for you. We do all of our EBAY auctions as a NO RESERVE Auction......this means NO high starting bid, NO rediculous asking price and NO games......High bidder wins the auction and buys the item for his/her winning bid! This means that YOU determine the sale price of the item and we sell the item regardless of the final price.........this has been our policy for over 10 years now on ebay and we find that it works very well for our customers. Our other strong policy is that we DO NOT end auctions early, no matter what! Once one of our auctions gets a bid, it rides out all the way to the very last second.....we do this to be fair to ALL bidders/potential buyers......you do not have to worry about the auction ending early. Please do not bid without knowing shipping costs ahead of time!! Item up for auction: 1986 FORD MUSTANG GT CONVERTIBLE! (New PORSCHE dealer trade in). Item description, features and options: H.O. EFI 5.0L-V8 engine, 5 speed manual transmission, POSI rear, power steering, brakes, windows and locks, tilt wheel, air conditioning, aluminum wheels, rear spoiler, high back bucket seats, center console, rear seating, dual exhaust, onboard info center, am0-fm-cassette stereo, factory in dash tachometer, power top and power trunk release. Tire condition: Fronts are good with 50% tread left and rears are showing wear with less than 20% tread left. Interior condition: Drivers seat has a small tear in side and seats are lightly faded but all in all very good condition, clean and well kept after. Looks very good overall and is very comfortable inside. Power windows all work but rear wing windows need some help finishing up to go all the way up and as with any 25 year old convertible, the windows/top do not always get a perfect airtight seal but nothing really noticeable. Passengers power lock does not always work. Door keys work. Top goes up and down and latches good. Radio and heat work, all guages work, power top works, a/c all there and hooked up but needs freon recharged/serviced. Top is in real good shpe with 2-3 minor nicks/cracks or frays but nothing real noticeable or major at all. Minor discoloring at stress/fold up areas typical of a white top but all in all very good condition and working with no known leaks that we have experienced.....Very good condition! This top does have the solid glass rear window. Body/Exterior condition: Solid and straight body!!! Really nice and solid car!! Underneath condition: Also solid and in great original condition!! No damages or signs of bottoming out, no rot, etc......Solid car! Solid floors and mounts. Paint condition: Looks great!! Has super nice shine and is a real eye catcher! Looks to have been repainted in the past couple years and looks great but has some paint chipping off the plastic bumpers at spots, but still looks great. Some stone chips here and there from normal driving but all in all she looks really, really sharp!! Mechanical condition: Car starts right up and runs terriffic!! No odd engine noise or smoke, idles smooth and revs up strong with no hesitations! Really srong runner!!! Transmission and clutch work properly and have no slipping and works great. Car runs, drives and handles great!! Good tight driving car and really moves!!! *******GREAT DRIVER!!!.........DRIVE IT HOME, Drive anywhere.....really fun car to drive! Mileage status: 109k miles. Title status: Clean and clear title. Other notes: Seems to be a great car.....not a new one and she is a 25 year old used convertible, so it ain't perfect or flawless folks. Just a super sharp looker and a great driver.....fun summer time car!! Hard to find a nicer 86 GT Convertible in our opinion! ******Car looks and runs great!!
