NO RESERVE. This car has great potentials as a 24 hours of Lemons car...just look at the price! Can't lose with a powerful LT1 V8! When running, it has 260 hp and 333 ft-lbs of torque. Car does not start. Was using this as my winter beater when it unexpectedly would not start one day. I tried putting a good battery in the car, and also had the starter tested. Neither of these proved to be the solution. The car only has 95,000 miles on it, so possibly someone may have a use for the engine, or be adventurous enough to fix it. I suspect the problem with the car is a ground because all of the gauge lights go on when the key is in the ignition. I had the fuel pump replaced a couple hundred miles before the no-start problem began, so I don't believe that is the issue. The engine has a leak at the front of the engine (I believe it needs a new front crank seal). Tires are relatively new (less than 5,000 miles on them) - they are Good Year Tracker 2 P225/75R15. Exhaust has a small leak, but was barely noticeable when parked. I had new brake pads and rear drums installed on the car around 93,000 miles. Struts on the rear window glass need to be replaced, and the rear window defroster has been disconnected (don't know if it works). The jack is missing, but the spare tire is there in good condition. Headliner is coming unglued at the edges in the 3rd seat area (but not sagging in the middle). Hood latch is finicky (hard to release). You can see that someone removed the cooler for the transmission lines and replaced with a hose. Battery not included. It is hard to see from the photos, but the carpets are quite stained. Please ask any questions, and I have more photos available. You can see from the photos this car has had a lot of use for only having 95,000 miles on it (inside and out). I bought it in New York state, and had passed the inspection at that time (I bought it in October 2009). It has the rust you would expect for a car from it's region, but the positive is that the exhaust appears good. Whether you want to fix this car up, sell for scrap, use the engine/tires - I'm sure there is a use for it. I just don't have the space for it and am trying to sell off some of my vehicles. Buyer must pick up by July 10th. Car will not be available on the weekend of July 1st as I will be occupied. Car is being offered at NO RESERVE. Please, no bids with feedback of less than 10.
