2001 Mercedes S500, Designo Silver Long edition. This car is in perfect mechanical condition and drives like a dream, but it does have hail damage. I have owned this car for about a year and half and had it up for sale for $22.5k, but it was in a hail storm and now I only want to pay my note off. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person, I've have received my equity so you are essentially getting the car well below cost. I bought the car with 42k miles on it and I'm the 3rd owner. AMG Wheels Hail Damage: It's hard to see in the photos, but there is significant hail dents on the hood and trunk. Everything can be taken out by a dent repair person, but I would recommend replacing the hood and the trunk, and then using the dent repair on the rest. I've checked online and a hood is available for around $400, and the trunk for about $250. The passenger side received minimal damage, the driver side received no damage, just the top of the car. Fix it and it's work $22k, don't fix it and you are driving an extreme luxury car with hail damage. After all, the interior and mechanical does not have hail damage. This is very much a luxury car, at a fraction of the cost. I'm a private seller.
