I am the second owner of the blue 1999 ford Explorer XLT 4X4 4.0 Liter V6 with about 140,000 miles on it. The outside is in fairly good condition with small rust spots, the left side mirror has been replaced and it has a brand new battery. There is not a towing package package but there is a trailer ball attached to the bumper. The interior is in good condition it has a new head unit with CD player that just needs to be hooked up, it also has a satellite radio receiver and all the wires have been run from under the molding and up under the dash, no exposed wires. It has two sets of keys with keyless entry The air conditioner runs great, however the windows will not come down we could not get a definite diagnosis as to what the problem was from the mechanic so we elected to not get them fixed. It has seating for five meaning that there is no third row seating.
