One of a kind, fully custom Dune Buggy. The "Rattler" body style by B&N Fiberglass Inc. Custom built nascar designed chassis and roll cage made from .083 D.O.M. tubing with .065 wall tubing for braces. The whole chassis was powder coated with metallic silver. It has a kingpin style front end and a swing arm rear suspension, again everything powder coated/painted. HOK Budweiser Red base with fireball flakes. Ghost flames on sides laid out in abalone flake. Fireball flakes is metal flakes painted with color changing paint. There are reds, oranges, greens, blues, purples and golds that come and go as viewing angle changes. No picture can really show the glitter and shine of the paint! Pinstripes on front hood/behind rear seat done by "Mark Brodie Motorsports Inc". Additional pinstripes/airbrushed underbelly done by local airbrush artist/auto painter. Extreme detail throughout. 1600 cc engine provides the power. Engine tin custom painted to match body, complete with pinstripes. It has a bosch alternator on it. Msd ignition/billet distributor and painted spin on oil filter. Old school Crager rims with knockoffs wrapped with BFG Radial TA's. Stainless steel brake lines with aluminum aircraft fittings. Hand fabricated gauge panel. Autometer streetrod series gauges. It has a tach, speedo, fuel level, oil pressure and voltmeter. Wiring harness from "It's a Snap". The headlights are stainless steel Deitz with tribars and red jewels. The seats are done in white vinyl with red metallic stripes and piping with simpson safety belts, front and rear. Gray carpeting completes the interior along with an aluminum glove box for storage. Pioneer radio shown in picture was replaced with a Sony Cd player--much better. Take note of the "skull" taillights and "devil" turn signals along with skulls as switches on dash. This buggy is shown at car shows with full display and mirrors to show every detail for others to appreciate the time and effort put into it's construction. Every bolt on this buggy was hand polished. Looking for next VW to own. I will assist the seller in arrangement of shipping the vehicle at their expense and do anything i can to help.
