Thsi is a 1951 MG TD(body no. 22381) that had a complete restoration appros. 8 yrs ago . Cream/ Moroon exterior with a Tan interior . At the time of the restoration the motor was replaced with a 1961 TR3 2.2L(2196cc) motor that was rebuilt 4yrs ago . This gave the car double the horse power which allows it to cruise down the road 55-60 mph comfortably . Would be a great road rally car if someone wanted to replace the pumpkin with a MGA one(75-80mph). 4 speed manuel transmission that shifts smooth . Car drives like a dream . I am selling this for a friend that is the third owner . Have all receipts for everything that has been done . Way to much to list . Speedometer needs to be hooked up , but owner says he knows that there hasn't been 300 miles put on the car since restoration . Have the frame work for the top and curtains . Only flaw other than speedometer is one small ding in front fender when he pulled to close the snowblower in the garage . Car has won several tropies in car shows and is a great car to just cruise around in . Turns heads everywhere you go . Very few of these cars made and alot less still around .
