Vehicle Detail

LOOKS LIKE NEW You will love this 2009 Infiniti EX35. It looks and smells like a brand new car but without the brand new price. There is 2 years and 30,000 miles left on the Factory warranty, which won't be needed because the EX was built right the first time. The EX gets great reveiws from Consumer Reports and all other car media outlets. It has truly been an awesome car to own. It is very quick, handle like a sports car and still holds a couple of kids and some groceries. This has been my wife's car for the past couple of years and she loves it. But sadly we are looking to move and add another child. The EX is great for 1 kid, fine for 2 kids, but just not big enough for 3 (**this is based on having the gigantic monstrosities that they call car seats nowadays, if your kids are in a booster or in no seat at all, 3 wouldn't be a problem.) Our EX has been very well taken care of, it has been primarily my wife's work transportation, and most of the miles were added on the interstate. The interior still smells like new leather, and looks just as good as a 2011 on dealer floor. There has been no dogs, no cats, and no smoking. The exterior is in excellent condition as well save a few rock chips on the front of the hood (I have a Dr. Color chip kit for the new owner). The wheels are in perfect shape and the tires have tons of tread left (about 1/2 way to the wear mark). This car looks far better than it should, and still turns heads when the incredible sound of the VQ engine revs up. The 09 EX came with a handful of packages and options and this one has them all except for: Tech. (safety feature that pulls the car back on the road if you veer out of your lane, and was not thrilled to think the car may try to drive itself) 4 wheel drive (not needed in southern TN, although this past year we actually got quie a bit of snow and between the "snow mode" and the traction control the EX does great on moderately icy/snowy roads. Other than that this EX has it all: Shiftable automatic with Sport Mode (one of the best shiftable systems I have used) Upgraded Bose sound (including hard drive for uploading cd's and IPOD connection (one of the best interfaces for IPODS I have seen), NAV, Power sunroof, Power seats (includes power up for the back seats), 2 memory setting for the driver side, Keyless entry and push button start (2 keys) Automatic garage door opener built into the rearview mirror. Very sharp Black on Black color scheme, And the best part, the around view camera, if you have not seen one of these systems in person they are awesome, every time someone new gets in the car they are amazed at how well it works and how sharp the picture is. It is by far the greatest advancement in car convencience features. It is GREAT. The EX has been the my favorite car to own and that is comparing it to a 3 series BMW, 350 Z ( It feels like it performs just as well), and Mercedes R350. If you have not driven an EX you will be amazed at how quick and agile this grocery getter is. In the interest of full disclosure, the car was backed into in our Church parking lot. It was a very simple incident, the lady parked caddy corner to my wife backed up instead of pulled forward. This left a very small golf ball size dent in the plastic bumper cover and broke a clip on the headlight. That is it. By law in TN the other persons insurance has to replace any and all parts with brand new factory parts. So it has a new bumper cover and driver side headlight (the new Xenon lights are a self contained unit so even the smallest issue means the whole light gets replaced). The work was done by certified and Infiniti recommended shop. I have all the paperwork that goes along with the incident, parts list, work order and police report. It was really the smallest of issues. That being said I do not want to leave anything out. As far as the payment, title and shipping: A $500 dollar deposit is due within 48 hours and the remainder within 7 days (will consider slightly longer for final payment given agreed upon conditions) The title is being held by my local Credit Union, and they are very prompt at releasing the title once full payment is made, The way I have done this before is once I receive the money you take the car and notarized letter will go to the Credit Union along with payoff, to have the Title mailed the new owner. It really is the simplest and safest way for all parties involved. As far as shipping, I will be more than happy to aide in the shipping process in any way possible, but all financial responsibilities are that of the new owner. Please feel free to ask any questions you would like, and as usual: **Please only bid if you have the means and full intention to purchase, and there is no warranty offered or implied by me. Thank you for looking and happy bidding.
