Good luck Gents. Now that all that is out of the way, Ok cats and kittens this is a a real 1988 Iroc Z Convertible. There were only 520 Convertibles made. This is a factory Convertible, check out the vin, and google for yourself. These cars will be the next collector car. Car is not all tour up. It is not a $20,000 show car, it is 23 years old. There is some slight worn marks on the seat. Driver side side leather panel, (VERY COMMON) No they are not ripped stain or anything like that. Just what you would expect in a very well cared for car. No rust.. Carolina clean car. Roof is in great shape. There are some cracks on the to dash pad only (AGAIN, VERY COMMON) There are $150 pads you can buy for this car all over the internet, that install very easy. Will need shocks soon.. Kinda squeaks. This is a very nice driver. I think it is in great shape.. Lets face it, one owner 23 years, why? She's a good one. But I don't want anyone coming here thinking it is a restored new car. It has been garage kept as you can tell as the paint shows no fading. There is a spot on the back carpet were there is fading in the color. Will not come out on pictures and it is under the rear floor matt. You can't see it, It's hard enough to get your foot back there. LoL.. I would not do anything with it. Needs the handle in the back of the car to pop the convertible boot up. I just do it by the trunk. Please Understand, I am picking on the old girl, but also want you to understand, that she looks great, people love it, she gets a lot of attention, and will go up in value. But if you take it to a local cruise show, where they look over everything with a magnifying glass, and people trailer there car in a enclose trailer, and never drive them, just display them with mirrors and chrome rotors, bradded lines, Nos, and a ton of extras, There will be no trophy for you there. But, again they put $30,000 in a $20,000 car, that in this market they would take $17,000 for. Thats why they ant out there. People will not take that kinda loss, and if they do, (maybe 1 a year) It will more then likely go to a friend, or family member. Not a to you. So why break the bank and do all that when all you really want is to have some fun?.. Forget that, This car is a a lot of fun, a great peace of history, and a lot of power and fun to drive. So grow out your mullets, break out your bandanas and powershoot paints, pop in some hair band music, and rip up the town... Thank you for looking at my auction and God Bless Bob704-675-0260
