You are bidding on a great 1983 Mercedes Benz 240D Manual transmission with a diesel engine. The car has only 137,320 miles. I tried my best to show the details of the car with the photos, but if you have any questions prior to bidding, please call me. This classical car has been well maintained. The car runs well, but the battery might need to be replaced, and some parts such as window handles are missing (as in pics) - The car is a 4 speed manual transmission- It has tan leather interior- It also has a sunroof Buyer is responsible for shipping. I request a $500 deposit at the end of the auction and the remaining balance settled within 3 business days. I do not know of any issue regarding the mileage, and it does not look like the mileage has been tampered with given the good condition of the car. Here are some answers to questions you may want to ask: - The AC is working perfectly, the air comes out colder than my 2010 Toyota Camry!!! - The car has very minimal, if any, rust throughout the undercarriage and around the engine. (I cannot find any rust on the car, but I'm not an expert and do not want someone to buy it and hold it against me) - I do not know if the car was repainted - I am ONLY the second owner. If you try hard enough, you can still get that "new car" smell when you sit in this car.
