Up for auction today is a 1997 Land Rover Range Rover. 4.0 litre engine, automatic transmission, full-time four-wheel drive. This truck is being sold as a "Runner-Driver" as it is kinda rough, but it does run, drive, and stop safely. The interior is rough, the sunroof doesn't close all the way, the rear hatch glass is broken out and has been replaced with Plexiglas. We can provide contact info for replacement parts. The exterior is oxidized. The right front window regulator needs to be replaced (again, in stock). The air suspension works intermittently. It is currently manually over-ridden and the left-front airbag leaks down quickly (I have new replacement airbags in stock if one were interested). The transmission was replaced with a used unit three years ago, the alternator and battery were replaced about the same time. This truck has a good ECU, BECM, and instrument panel. These parts alone are worth the starting bid as they can be transferred to another vehicle if you wished to do so. Yeah, it sounds like I'm trying to talk folks out of buying this truck, but I make my living working on these trucks and selling parts for them, I can't afford to mis-represent a truck as my reputation is worth more than the $. This truck is being sold on behalf of a client. A good, clean Indiana title is in hand, ready for transfer. The truck is being advertised locally, we reserve the right to end the auction early if sold locally. We are not in a position to deliver this truck, please consider this when bidding that all transportation costs are to borne by the buyer. All sales final (it's a used Land Rover!.) A $500 deposit made by credit card over the phone is required within 24 hours of auction ending. Pick-up must be made during regular banking as CASH is the only means of payment after the deposit is made. Funds will be verified by my bank prior to title transfer.
