Hello, Up for auction is “Lucille” a very original 1958 Imperial Lebaron complete with 392 Hemi engine and Torqueflite transmission. This car is a very complete survivor and runs/drives well. I bought this car (not running) about a year ago and have been slowly bringing it back to life. I have an entire folder of historical documentation that will come with the car (including the original purchase order from 8/23/1958). There are four things that I have not quite completed yet, which are: · Speedometer is a bit jumpy at times · Dash lights are not functioning · Front Brakes and Parking Break need a slight adjustment · A/C Needs to be recharged (A/C compressor turns off and on) The following items are functioning properly: · 392 Hemi runs great · Torqueflite Transmission shifts great · All 4 Power Windows · Power Locks · Power Front Seat · Original AM Radio (Including scan functionality) · Power Antenna · All of the operating lights including turn signals (except as mentioned above) · Front and rear A/C vent systems New Items Replaced/Rebuilt in the last year: · Rebuilt Radiator (Complete new core with transmission cooler) · New Carter Mechanical Fuel Pump · Rebuilt Gas Tank · All New Fuel and Radiator Hoses and clamps · In-line fuel filter · Starter Relay · BFGoodrich (Coker Tires) 14” Wide 2.5” Whitewall Tires · Rear Driver Side Wheel Cylinder Body: · There is no thru rust on the body · All of the under carriage is solid, no rust on the frame or rockers. · The paint is not perfect, but an original lacquer paint job that has been repaired a few times over the last 53 years. · The chrome is in very good shape with only a few minor dings on the front bumper. · All of the glass is in great shape per the pictures · Body does have minor dings here and there but no major dents Interior: · The carpet is in good shape, but not original. · The seats are in good shape, but covered with a plastic covering that is starting to dis-color. I left it on there while I was working on the car as it is easier to clean. · The door trim is in good shape per the pictures. · Everything on the interior is functioning properly except the gauge lights.
