HI Folks, I am selling my Torino to the highest bidder. I purchased this car from the second owner 6 years ago with the intention of restoring and enjoying it, but cannot find the time to finish it. The previous owner used to drag race the car in a stock class at the local raceways until the engine lost oil pressure. His last race was in 1979. He then disassembled the engine for repairs, and it sat for the next 26 years in inside storage. I purchased it and proceeded in finishing the engine repairs, along with the air conditioning and brakes. I placed the car in my driveway awaiting final touches when a branch from my tree fell upon it and crushed the hood, driver's fender and door. I have since sourced all necessary replacement parts, either NOS or excellent used. The radiator support remains undamaged and the grill will need some tweaking to straighten, but otherwise it is in almost LIKE NEW condition. Other than the damaged mentioned, the car has never been wrecked or rusted. It retains all of it's original driveline components ( numbers matching ). The engine, transmission, brakes, and some of the air conditioning components are rebuilt, the tires are new Coker reproductions of the originals. I even have the original wheel covers. The interior is like new. It will drive onto your trailer or truck but is not yet road worthy. I have got the Marti report as well as a reproduction of the original window sticker that go with the car, as well as a copy of the second owner's title .A listing of the door data tag will follow along with the list of factory options.
