California original 1972 T-Bird 460 V8 coupe, 111k original miles, clean title, May 2012 registration, and service records totalling around $2k. The interior is all original. Pre-cut, ready to install headliners and carpet kits sell on eBay for around $80-$130. The drivers seat can be redone in vinyl at most shops for around $200 or so. No rust except a little in the door jams and inside door bottoms. Very reliable and no impending issues or problems that I know of. The engine fires right up and performs quietly both at idle and acceleration. The transmission shifts very smoothly and without issue. The power steering is soft and the brakes are very responsive. The tires, shocks, struts and bushings are all in good shape. The power seats, front windows, ice cold A/C, heater, speedo, odometer, fuel gauge, cigarette lighter, wipers, headlights, brakelights, turn signals, tail lights all work. The warning lights, oil, temp, alt, seat belt, trunk open, high beam, door open, etc. all work. The original AM radio works but needs an antenna. The car has new plugs, wires, cap and points. I think the previous owner rebuilt the distributor as well. Fresh coolant, new hoses and a new fan clutch. The engine runs COOL in all conditions. All of the moldings, clips and bumper guards are in good condition and included in the trunk.. Please note that the auction ends on Thursday at 7:00PM Pacific time.
