If you want the nicest CB500 in the country, this might be the one. This fantastic original bike has only been ridden 2464 miles, in 38 years. I purchased this bike from the original owner, who rode it for only one year, then stored it in his storage shed until 2005. At that time, it was put back into service, with the carbs being cleaned and the tank professionally cleaned and sealed. This bike is almost hard to believe, I believe the tires are original, and are in very good shape. Probably a little hard, but not weather checked. It must have never been pressure washed, as all factory assembly marks are still in place. The bike is almost too nice to ride. As nice as it is, there are a couple flaws on it. The left side engine cover has a scuff and small ding, the left side of the tank has a small scratch, and the top of the tank has a couple small dings. Tried to show them in the photos, but very hard to see. I am selling this bike with no reserve, so you bid , YOU WIN!
