1970 Lincoln Continental 2 Door Full Size Coupe. Nope, this is not the older styled Mark III you usually see in a 2 door, but it is actually the Hardtop Coupe version of the full size Lincoln Continental. Its just as long as the full size Continental, but only has two (very long) doors! This is the last of the true "Hot Rod" Lincolns with a 10.5:1 high compression 460 cubic inch (7.5L) v8 engine with a C6 automatic transmission. Collector car or reliable, "cool" transportation - you definitely get "NOTICED!" driving this car, let me tell you from experience that all kinds of people will be flagging you down to talk about the car; even while driving... good thing you'll have power windows! Picture yourself cruising with the windows down and the ac on... Maybe you want to put your business name on the side! Runs and drives great! I drive it to work a couple times a week and I cruise around town for errands. Has a new OEM Auto-Lite carburetor, and tuneup including all ignition components, so its reliable. Easily passed Denver emissions. Transmission shifts great. Recent full brake service (with receipts). Nearly new tires (with receipts) 145-150 psi compression in all 8 cylinders. 53,000 original miles. Originally beige, it has been repainted (BRIGHT) yellow by the previous owner. I have touchup paint in the trunk. Body is in good shape, with a bit of rust here and there. Overall straight with a couple hail dents and a door ding on the passenger side. Stored indoors most of its life. Beautiful black interior in wonderful condition, No cracks in dash, no rips or tears in the seats or headliner. Fully automatic climate control with COLD AC, Power seats, power windows, Town & Country radio, remote mirror, rear defroster / vent, original Lincoln floor mats, all trunk carpeting, original owners manual & dealer brochure.
