For sale is this beautiful 1970 Opel GT. Body is in great shape and only one small bubbled area otherwise this numbers matching vehicle is in excellent overall shape on the exterior. I have to sell Opel to make room in a very crowded garage. Car runs very good --engine starts quickly and runs smoothly. I have many new parts in this car and will list them later , When I purchased this car it had spent all it's time in Oklahoma so has never seen salt. I first pulled the gas tank and sent it out to be cleaned and relined and also put in a sending unit-all fuel lines from the tank to the fuel pump are new as is the fuel pump and the weber carburator. The radiator was pulled re-corded and at that time I replaced the fuel pump and had the Auto trans lines replaced. Also all water lines and new heater valve were replaced before radiator was re-installed. Engine has all fresh fluids as does the whole car. Engine is tuned and with the new weber carb it runs great. This opel can be a great daily driver or a perfect restoration candidate as it's body has a super understructure--floor pans are solid interior has typical rips in seats and dash had typical cracks in it -but all door cards are perfect as are the rears. New seat covers and a few cosmetic touches could make it look new. Electrically car has no issued headlights rotate perfectly and all gauges and switches work as designed, below is a list of all new parts purchased from opel gt source and installed New master cylinder New calipers and rotors All new brake lines front and rear New front wheel bearings New wiper blades This car will make some one a great car The only thing that needs attention is the bleeding of the brakes-just do not have any more time to work on this car My need for time and room in the garage makes the purchaser lucky Reserve is set low on this car so bid and enjoy.
