1976 CB750F Cafe restored and customized from the ground up. Genuine Equipment Honda parts were used where applicable to restore this CB750 with quite a few upgrades from Nostalgia Speed and Cycle of California. The restoration included: - Major engine components being inspected, de-burred & polished - Engine casings were media blasted and polished - Heads inspected and powder coated with high temp "crinkle" finish - 1976 "K" top end machined and polished prior to valve installation to eliminate the CB750F known issues with exhaust valves - Frame was stripped clean to bare metal and all welds inspected prior to powder coat and paint. - All bearings replaced in wheels, front end - New springs & seals in fork tubes - Swing-arm bearings replaced with hardened brass bearings - New clutch & basket including high performance springs and plates - Electronic ignition, coils, Main Wiring Harness, fuse box and regulators - Authentic Clubman bars - All hand controls replaced -blinker housing & switches, Start/Stop housing & switches - Cafe Grips and Bar-end mirrors - Avon Tires, new spokes and rear rim - All new cables (brakes, clutch, throttle) - New exhaust (Ton-up Performance) - Diamond blinkers, LED brake light - Cafe Seat and upholstery - carburetors rebuilt & jetted - All new fuel lines - All new oil lines - All new gaskets and seals (top & bottom) - Raask Rear-sets - Brake calipers were rebuilt with new pistons and pads - Custom instrument mounts with LED oils pressure and neutral indicators - Guages refaced with Checkered Flag icon.
