Vehicles are listed, described and advertised with information received from previous owners and/or what we notice during the short time we have in our posession. We typically DO NOT know any history, service records, previous repairs or previous issues with these items.....what we know will be listed in the ad.....AND......obviously we cannot predict any future problems, issues or breakdowns on any used vehicle. All items are sold as-is and no warraties are given or implied unless otherwise stated in the ad (some/most of our vehicles qualify for our new warranty program and we will clearly state that in the ad if that is the case). Most of our items are also pictured while on our shop/garge lift....we do this extra step to help you folks feel more comfortable and to help you see as much detail as possible.....we are not your typical "used car dealer" that plays games.....we will do our best to show and tell you everything we know and see with each vehicle. If its got problems, we will tell you. If it has damage, we will tell you. If it has title problems, we will tell you. If we see it, notice it or are told it by previous owner, we will tell you. We do all of our EBAY auctions as a NO RESERVE Auction......this means NO high starting bid, NO rediculous asking price and NO games......High bidder wins the auction and buys the item for his/her winning bid! This means that YOU determine the sale price of the item and we sell the item regardless of the final price.........this has been our policy for over 10 years now on ebay and we find that it works very well for our customers. Our other strong policy is that we DO NOT end auctions early, no matter what! Once one of our auctions gets a bid, it rides out all the way to the very last second.....we do this to be fair to ALL bidders/potential buyers......you do not have to worry about the auction ending early. Item description, features and options: 351M/400-V8 engine with factory 2 barrel, automatic transmission, power steering and brakes (front disc brakes), power windows, tilt wheel, factory radio, Air Conditioning, deluxe cloth interior with full carpeting and headliner, woodgrain trim, vinyl roof, fender skirts (removeable), Original Ziebart factory rustproofing sealer still in nice shape overall, Original owners manual, current 11/12 state safety and emmissions inspections. Rare car with low miles, rare Triple Green color package and garage kept.....Nice Original Marquis! Tire condition: Tires are almost new Michelin whitewall radials with a good 70-75% tread left! Interior condition: Interior is gorgeous and original with very minimal wear and is just in great shape!! No smells or rips noticed. Power windows work, steering wheel/tilt is good and tight, left rear door does not open from outside handle, good heat and a/c is all there/hooked up but blows warm....will need freon charged/serviced for summer use. Body/Exterior condition: Body is remarkably solid and straight! Appears as all original metal with no bondo noticed. Car is solid folks, even in the hidden spots like inner fenders, skirt edges/attaching points....see pics. Also underneath.....remarkable and solid/original floors, pan, frame, mounts, etc.......great, original condition and all metal......this is when they built cars right!!! Rockers, quarters, bottom edge of car, doors, etc.....solid and in great shape!! Paint condition: Paint appears as mostly original but the top portions of car look to have been repainted at one time....This work was professionally done and done right to blend in and appear as original as possible....very hard to tell......has excellent shine and looks super!! Sides of car also look great and original, but have very slight fading, but again, it is blended in excellently and car looks super overall!! Really sharp car folks! Great color, rare color combination and appears original and as nice as (or better than) most any other 77's you'll find! Sharp, clean and straight car!! Not a new one and not a two hundred thousand dollar Barrett-Jackson show piece, but one of the nicest, most original and just in really, REALLY nice shape 1977 Mercury cars you'll find around. -------Only 50k Miles!! *****Hard to find a nicer Marquis anywhere folks.......very rare find, especially with 50k original miles, sharp colors and just in awesome condition!! Mechanical condition: Car starts easily and runs super with no odd noise or smoke noticed. Idles smooth, quiet and revs up strong. Acceleration has a slight hesitation at one spot but probably just needs driven or possible tune up.....no misses, no "bucking", just a smooth and nice driver! Transmission shifts smooth and properly and car drives/handles the roads just like it did in 1977! Great driving classic!!!........DRIVE ANYWHERE!!! Super smooth power, takes the turns and bumps like a ship....with rolling ease and comfort!! Gets alot of attention from young and old alike......gorgeous car and a sweet ride! Mileage status: Titled/recorded/verified through DMV records with ORIGINAL MILES. Title status: Clean and clear title. Other notes: Car also had recently new exhaust work and front brakes for recent inspections.
