for sale is my daily driver 66 vw beetle. this is a solid driver with a freshly built 1776 cc engine. with dual carbs and brand new everything, this engine is very agressive. to counter the extra hp, it has a performance exhaust, with stock looking tips, for a nice quiet sound. the electrical is 12v and everything works. wipers, lights, dimmer relay, emergency flashers, signals and brakelights. the body is remarkably straight for a 66 with only the usual dings and chips here and there. it has brand new running boards, chrome trim (missing the side front and some clips) a great sounding cd player with a box in the back and two side mount speakers for the door, and it mounts under the dash. the dash is uncut, the gauges all work (speedo, gas gauge etc..) and has the original steering wheel and shift. the brakes are fantastic and it has a brand new steering damper. the windshield has a crack and the interior was old and musty so its been stripped inside. missing the back bumper. new interior kit from jbugs is 375.00 your choice of color, windshield is 35.00 winter and summer, this car has never once given me trouble.
