1992 Ford Festiva 1.3L 4cyl 5-speed manual 1992 Ford Festiva 1.3L 4cyl 5-speed manual transmission. The car has 253,000 miles on it. There is no a/c the it did not come with a/c. The car starts right up, runs and drives good. You can expect 42-46 mpg. This is basic transportation, no options, no air bags. The radio, tape player does work, it was wired up wrong and kills the battery, so i disconnected it. I have changed all the seats, the front and back do not match but they are in good shape. Also i have replaced the side windows with ones that have the factory tint. Overall the car is in good condition considering it is almost 20 years old. The paint is faded on the hood and top, it has very little rust and the standard door dings/dents. The engine does leak and use a litte oil. On the highway it has a wheel unbalance vibration around 60mph, it settles down around 70-75. That is due to the rims being warped. The car drives straight it does not pull. The tires were on the car when i bought it, they still have a fair amount of tread. The brakes, clutch, and transmission are all fine. I had a new exhaust pipe and muffler put on about 2 months ago. The jack and tire iron that came with the car are in there along with a full size spare tire. Everything on or in the car works like it should. The car is being sold as is. I have been driving the car almost every day. If you have a question i will try to answer it. I have owned 16 or 17 different Ford Festivas, bought and sold several on ebay. I am going to start the auction at $0.99. I am going to require a deposit with paypal. This is going to be a cash sale and by cash i mean cash. If you show up with a check, you will leave with a check not the car. If you do not want to bring cash i will meet you at any of my local banks and we can finish the transaction there. I have had the car for about a year and am selling it because i am currently laid off and have 6 cars............. Thanks.On May-27-11 at 17:23:54 PDT, seller added the following information: The car was bought new in Knoxville. Then it went to Manchester, Tn. 4 new struts were installed on 1-29-07. At the time the car had 205,501 miles on it. A new master cly. was purchesed on 9-26-07. The hatchback will not unlock with the key. The lights have condensation in them. I recently changed the oil and spark plugs. Also i had a new water pump and timing belt installed. That should stop the oil leak around the timing cover.
