By submitting your bid, you agree that any dispute between you and Hennessy shall be resolved exclusively by litigation in the state or federal courts in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia and you consent to jurisdiction and venue for that purpose. 9. Mileage posted in the listing may vary from the actual mileage on the car at the time of delivery due to local driving, in-transit repairs, and/or road testing of the vehicle. 10. All cars offered for bid are subject to prior sale.
