They were the second owner's, purchasing the vehicle when it was only a few years old, in California. Being garage kept, it is in very good condition for it's age. The vehicle was originally Gold in color, painted Yellow at the request of Seller's Grandmother. Miles: 79,000 Original Miles Motor: A new 383 Commando V8 motor was installed, including a mild cam. This motor has less than 500 miles on it! Seller spent approximately $2,600 on the motor and all new parts. The radiator is original, and has been gone through to ensure good working condition. Air Conditioning: The vehicle is equipped with air conditioning. The air works, but will require a charge of freon to reach cold temperatures. Carburetor: Original two barrel carburetor. Exterior: The exterior of the vehicle is in near perfect condition. The top has no cracks or tears. The paint does have a few small chips. The trim is in tact. The glass is in place with no cracks. Painted Yellow, in place of its original color of Gold. Interior: The interior is Black leather. There is one small split in the driver's seat (see picture). This tear could easily be replaced or repaired. The carpet is in very good condition with very little wear. The dash has no cracks. The vehicle still has that new smell! Tires: The tires were bought a couple of years ago, and have less than 500 miles on them. Other Important Information: This vehicle could be used as an everyday driver, as it has no mechanical issues. It runs and drives great. It would be an excellent show car for those that enjoy restoring old vehicles. Seller says he would have no problem jumping in this car and taking a serious road trip. The ONLY reason he is selling the vehicle is the fact that he is in the middle of restoring other units at this time and has decided to allow this one to gain a new home, so it might get some TLC in a more timely manner!
