1974 Lincoln Mark IV I bought this car from the original owner in 2000. At that time it had 24,000 miles. since then I have put 16,000 miles on it and now it has 40,800. I painted this car the original color moon dust red and put a new top on it. It has a red leather interior and a 460 automatic. the problem is that it has been sitting in the yard for years now and has gone down hill. The engine and transmission run like new but the interior and body are suffering from the elements. At this point you could clean it up and use it or pull the drive line for a mustang project. The body can be scrapped or used for a derby car. This was a really nice car at one time and could be driven home with a battery and front brake pads. It would take a lot of work to make it like new again. At this point I would pull the drive line and use it for another project. The body will bring 800.00 for scrap. or as I mentioned before could be used for a derby car. Either way it has been sitting far to long and I don't have the energy to do anything with it so it is up for sale. I have a clear title and all the paperwork since new.
