Your looking at a 1978 Pontiac Trans Am with the 6.6 (400c.i.) v8 and original 4 speed car. The car is in very good condition for the age. It runs and drives even better! The car was just repainted the original gold and all the decals. Top of the line PPG paints and clears were used. The car had no rust. It was faded and had cracks in the original paint on the plastic bumpers. All was professionally repaired and now looks great! There is no air dam on the lower front. I never had one for it. The undercarriage is in great condition with no rust. There is weld in frame connectors on the car. The interior is original and looks good. The seats and headliner are nice. The door panels and rear side panels are starting to fade and show there age (see pictures). The dash has a cover. The glove box hinge is broke. Nothing leaks inside the car. It has working power windows and CD player. All the gauges and lights work as they should. The car has a new 4 core radiator and heater core. The heat works good. The car has A/C but it does not work. Mechanically the car is great! The car has newer BFG tires on the original wheels. The car has newer stainless headers and 2.5" dinomax exhaust that sounds great. The car is inspected till 2/12. The engine is the original 400 that was bored .30 over with Weisco 10.5-1 compression pistons. The bottom end was fully balanced. There is Edelbrock Performer RPM Alloy heads and intake. The carb is a 750 Holly. The cam is a comp 512 lift hydrolic roller and has roller rockers. The heads and intake were ported to matched. there was over $8500 invested in to this engine just last year. It only has 2500 miles on it. The clutch is also heavy duty. The transmission is 4 speed and works good. The rear has also been rebuilt with 4.11 gears and a posi unit. Im sure there is other stuff im missing. Look at pictures and ask questions if needed.
