***NO RESERVE*** 1999 VW Jetta TDI 5 Speed Manual Transmission. I think the clutch in this car is broken, but not 100% positive. It shifts into all gears good but when you let the clutch out it makes a rattling noise and the car will not move. The engine runs great. I just put a new EGR valve and both N75 valves less than a 1000 miles ago. The intake manifold is also due for a cleaning. The car has 322,899 miles on it and drove great till the clutch (or transmission) problem. The hood, grill and head lights were replaced 3 yrs ago because I hit a deer. The bottom piece on the bumper is gone and so is the bottom right grill insert along with the two front VW emblems on the wheels. Due to the new paint on the nose there are minimal chips in the paint, the whole car still shines. The other problems are the drivers lock is broken. The interior lights on the heater controls don't work. The heat and the AC do work but, the AC is not ICE cold, it is just cold. The cup holder is broken and the apolstery is pulling from the foam on the door panels. The seats are little dirty but, not to bad. The car just received a North Carolina inspection sticker 5 months ago. The car broke on my trip to Massachusetts going home for the holidays in December 2010. The car is located in Massachusetts at my parents house so I will need to make arrangements for pick up with them. The car will need to be towed or trailered, it is not drivable. This car is being sold to US residents only. I will NOT ship internationally. The $200 deposit is due within 24 hrs of auction close.
