You are looking at an all original all numbers matching TRUE 1972 Buick GS 455 Stage 1 car. 1972 GS Stage 1 cars cannot be faked as it was the only year that the Vin # told what engine it had. The "V" in the VIN means stage 1. This car has been totally disassembled for a rotisserie restoration. All parts are labeled, and are in plastic bags to aid in re-installation. All the original drive-train is included. It has the correct numbers matching "BB" transmission with matching vin. Its 455 engine is also the original and has matching vin still clearly visible (see pictures). The heads are original. The distributor is the correct 1112016 and the carburetor is the correct 7042242 Rochester. All sheet metal is very very solid as this has always been a southern car. I am listing this with a buy it no or best offer for a fast sell as I am selling my storage facility and need all items moved out. If the car doesn't sell I will be forced to parting it out to the highest bidder. This would be a shame to do as this is a TRUE original and TRUE numbers matching car.
