You are bidding on a 1998 Volkswagen Cabrio Convertible. This vehicle is in very good condition overall, runs, drives, stops, and starts just the way it should. This would make an excellent first car, or a vehicle for that college student moving to campus. Volkswagen says this car gets about 32 miles per gallon, which is a big consideration with gas prices through the roof. The odometer on this vehicle is showing 113, 057 miles. It has a Panasonic six-disc CD changer in the trunk, and is very clean overall. The top folds manually, and the cover you use on the top when is folded up is in the trunk. There is some wear and tear, but nothing out of the ordinary: The leather of the front seats is cracked, and there is a tear in the driver seat. The glovebox latch is broken, some of the exterior trim plastic is faded, and the antenna base is missing. The car needs a set of tires, but the present ones have some life left in them. There is a small tear in the roof over the rear window, but there are no signs of any leaks. This car has not been washed, waxed, detailed, and so on, because we're not trying to fool you.
