Vehicle Detail

15900 ORIGINAL MILES Please make sure you have pre-approval from the Wife and / or the funds to buy before you enter in negotiations with me. I simply do not have time for dreamers. People seem to get a thrill out of negotiating a deal and then having no money to pay when it is time to "dance." We have a family friend who does door to door, insured shipping, and will do so at a discounted rate. Let me know if you need a quote. I am easier to reach via phone than email- 305-302-4617 1989 Corvette Convertible - 1st year of the factory CC2 GM hardtop option ( with all tools ) and Greenwood ground effects that were dealer installed. This is an awesome non-smoking, 1 adult owner w/ 15,900 softly driven miles, that has been babied and kept in a climate controlled garage. It is in outstanding condition, and with the hardtop, finding one with these miles & in this shape that is documented is rare. It is the traditional Bright Red / Black interior that is fully optioned with most everything - Dual Power Seats, Bose Stereo System, G92 performance axle, V01 heavy duty radiator, KC4 engine oil cooler, B4P boost fan, D74 illuminated vanity, and KO5 engine block heater It is all original, never been in accident, or mechanically modified in any way whatsoever. This baby has ALWAYS BEEN GARAGE KEPT / COVERED, and never in harsh conditions. For those Corvette purists, it is definitely a must have. It is ready for car shows, look at it, or enjoy it on Sundays, The Original Red Paint shines like new. There is no body damage. All of the moldings, handles, window glass, lettering, soft convertible top, rubber seals, and all other exterior features are in exceptional condition. The wheels have no abuse and the orig. Goodyear Gatorbacks tires still have the nibs, no dry rot, and an easy 75%+ tread life left. The black soft top is as new. Never run through an automatic car wash and always hand washed / waxed are a great part as to why it still looks so fabulous. I have all of the books and literature that go with her too. This Vette is in tremendous shape and the exterior is a strong 9.75 / 10. On the inside, the Black leather interior still looks, feels, and maintains that newer appeal. As you can see in the pics, the seats have always been covered, the floor mats are still original ( and I have mats over the mats ), the tie down straps still have the factory bands around them ( see pic ). The door panels, carpeting, dash, center console, faceplates, orig. manuals / papers, etc. are original / impeccable. All of the interior buttons / switches ( power windows, door locks, cruise, and 6 way power seats work without issue. The Bose stereo system still plays perfect. The undercarriage is dry, spotless, and rust free too. Inside, it is a 9.9 / 10. Mechanically, it starts, idles, and drives smoothly as a "well-oiled" machine should. All of the servicing is up to date - a/c, belts, hoses, fluids all changed / maintained at the proper intervals, The engine compartment / undercarriage are extra clean / dry, and it performs without hesitation. Of course, the L98 - 250 hp engine has great pick-up. Plus with the G92 perf. axle you get a little more "pop" when you pull away. The brakes have plenty of pad left, and all of the other mechanical functions perform without issue. It also has a Viper alarm that was added, but is disconnected. If you are looking for an unmolested, hard to find Vette that is nearing classic status, here you go. These cars are few and far between. I think it is priced very fairly compared to the others listed on ebay. Let's put it this way, there is no way anyone would be disappointed in this car. I reserve the right to end this listing at anytime without recourse, as it is being advertised on other resources. So, if you are seriously interested, contact me directly at: 305-302-4617. Please leave a message and I will return your call promptly should I not be available.
