Extremely low mileage, garage kept, showroom condition 2007 GSXR1000. Only 427 miles as it currently sits in my garage. If you are looking for the closest K7 model to brand new but don't want to pay for the brand new price, this is it. Meticulously maintained, this GSXR is literally cherry. Bike is all stock except for: - Rear license plate relocation kit in front of rear tire, with LED light. - Carbon fiber, GSXR specific tank pad, gas cap, and triple tree covers. This is the K7 model that functions at three power levels anytime you chose. On-the-fly switching at the touch of a button controls three different power maps allowing you to adapt to your immediate environment. The way it feels and reacts gives you the flexibility to own a 1000cc, 750cc, and 600cc all in one. This bike has never been laid down and has always been garage kept. The buyer will also receive two rear seat options with the bike; black painted fiberglass cowl, and rear passenger seat cushion. To answer some potential concerns or questions I expect to be asked about a bike with this low of mileage: - The reason I'm selling? This is my 4th sport bike in 10 years, and I just don't make time to ride anymore. I have other toys now that take up my little free time. I always like having a bike in the garage just in case i get the itch, but obviously I haven't had that itch very much, just look at the mileage! - What is the ownership history? I am the only owner of this bike. I drove it off the showroom floor and it's pretty much been parked in my garage ever since. - Is it reliable and in good running condition for being such low mileage and garaged for so long? It is not only showroom looking condition but also running condition. I am meticulous about both the looks and performance of all my vehicles. This bike was purchased with an extended warranty(expired this month), Therefore, any problem or concern has been addressed and covered under warranty. The only warranty work performed was a fuel pump replacement. The break-in procedure was followed to the "T". It has recently been given a full check-up by a Suzuki dealership in which we had them install a brand new battery, fresh oil change, and a complete fuel system cleaning(new injectors, new filter). The tires are still new condition, no flat spotting. Every single thing on this bike works as it should, lights, switches, etc. - What does it need? Absolutely nothing. It is ready to ride, start up everyday, and thrill you however you see fit. All maintenance has been performed on time and everything is working flawlessly. If you are looking for showroom condition, at a used price, you've found it. - How do I buy? Cash or bank check is preferred. If not cash, the bike will not leave my possession until whatever form of payment you used has been verified and paid from your bank. The title is still held by HSBC. Therefore, once the payment is cleared to me in the full amount, the buyer will be free to take physical possession of the bike, after we both sign a bill of sale. The title will be mailed to or picked up by the buyer shortly after, however long HSBC takes to send to me, and i sign it over to the buyer. All ownership responsibility such as theft, damage, traffic violations, etc. will be transferred to the buyer at the signing of the bill of sale and physical delivery of the bike is taken. Any information can be provided to verify that HSBC does in fact possess the title. I will not entertain "owner financing." Please do not ask. - Can I test ride? I prefer not to allow test rides for obvious reasons of keeping it cherry for the actual buyer. As I cannot accurately verify the credentials of every potential rider, I have no way of controlling what happens if i'm not the one riding it. You are fully welcome to start-up, rev, sit-on, or anything else. Accidental mishaps, as we all know, are very expensive on motorcycles especially with fairings involved. While you may be the best rider in the world, I prefer not to take the risk of dealing with who's fixing what, diminished value, or any other headache that will arise from potential mishaps. Motorcycle dealers don't usually allow test rides on bikes for this very reason. If you find one that does, this may be the best way for you to get an idea if you'll like a K7 GSXR1000..... if they have one. No disrespect to anyone's riding abilities intended. - How soon can I purchase? As soon as you are ready. This bike is ready to be transferred to it's new owner at anytime. Someone who will actually ride it and care for it as it should be. As little as i rode it, i will miss it. It is the best looking, best performing, and now most versatile sport bike I have ever owned. But as you will see with it's immaculate condition and low mileage, I just don't ride enough anymore. The buyer is getting an extremely good deal on a new condition, low mileage, garage queen that is ready for the open road and new excitement.
