Up for auction, with no reserve, is a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. Car is located in Amarillo, Texas. Again, this is a no reserve auction, which means that any bid could be a winning bid. Therefore, please ask any and all questions prior to placing a bid. Also, please make sure that you have the funds in place prior to bidding. After you place a bid, you are bound by it unless someone else outbids you. Also, there are a lot of scams out there. I have covered up the license plates in my pictures for protection. If you see this listing elsewhere on the web, ask them if the seller is able to provide pictures of the actual plates. I can and will upon request. I will try to accurately describe this car, both its highlights as well as any blemishes. I believe in being honest. It is a 12 year old car, but is in fantastic shape. Reliable, dependable, economical, sporty and fun to drive. The 3.8 Liter 6 cylinder in these midsize GM cars are famous for their durability, efficiency and power. Add the factory supercharger and this roomy, comfortable 4 door sedan has 240 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque to make passing and merging a breeze. Yet, in this day of high fuel prices, this car will get over 20 mpg in town and around 30 mpg on the highway. The four doors make it easy to enter and exit as well as hauling family and friends. The cloth interior is in awesome shape, with no tears, or rips. Dash has no cracks. The heads-up display projects your speed on the windshield so you don't ever have to take your eyes off the road. The AM/FM/CD player works well. The heating and A/C features separate controls for driver and passenger. There are plenty of storage compartments in the console, on the dash and in the overhead console. Car also features a sporty rear spolier, 4 wheel ABS, dual airbags, dual exhaust and 16" metallic alloy wheels. i installed a remote start to make the car more comfortable to get into on those chilly winter mornings, or hot summer afternoons. The car has a lot of highway miles, but as you can see in the pictures has been excellently kept and maintained. The paint is bright and shiny with no rust and no major dents or dings. A couple of chips are on the hood, and there is a spot on the front bumper near the license plate where somebody backed into it with a truck or sport utility vehicle in a parking lot. Nothing major. Mechanically, the car has had a recent brake job on all 4 wheels, and new tie rod ends. Transmission was flushed at the same time. Car has a new water pump as well. Supercharger oil has also been changed recently. Car has excellent Yokohama tires with approximately 65% tread remaining as you can see in the pictures. A/C blows ice cold and all electrical and mechanical items function as they should. No warning lights, no knocking, no shaking or shuttering. This car will make a great daily driver or gift to that high school or college graduate. It is durable, safe and fun to drive. Bid early, bid often!! The responsibility for making the shipping arrangements and paying for the shipping is completely in the hands of the buyer. If you are going to fly in and pick it up, Amarillo has a wonderful airport that is easy to get in/out of. I am willing to pick the buyer up from the airport.
