Whether you are looking for the perfect bike to restore, one that will not take much at all or you are looking for a bike that needs only a few parts replaced to enhance this great ride, this is the one you have been looking for! The bike has only 2350 miles on it and looks like it had an easy life so far. Bike was manufactured 7-72 – see tag. Frame Number = CT-70-2104336 Engine Number = CT70E-304574 From what I can tell the only thing the prior owner replaced was the new Honda tires. The bike starts first kick hot or cold. It runs great, drives nice, trans shifts nice and smooth. The engine sounds nice and is quiet with no odd noises. Bike burns very clean and idles just fine. Believe it or not this bike still has the original paint and decals. Both the front and rear fenders are in good condition. The headlight works, both high and low beam as seen in the video, as does the taillight and charging system. The speedometer works as it should, nice and smooth not bouncing, etc. Most of the items the bike would need you can see by looking at the pictures and the video; seat cover, fork boots, exhaust heat shield, horn switch, air filter boot, some indicator bulbs for the speedo as they are currently burned out and the exhaust pipe will need a small repair – see pic with arrow. Bike may also need a battery, as it is pretty old, but it is doing the job currently. Overall this is one clean 38 year-old vintage Honda, again an excellent candidate for restoration. I am starting the bike at a very reasonable price with no reserve. I realize I could part the bike out and get more money, but I just don’t have the heart to do it to one that is this nice. I do not have a title but can provide a bill of sale if the winning bidder desires one. The best part is they pick up the bike our location and delivery right to your door.
